Good morning ladies, geentlmen, and our furry family members! Yummy seasonal treats even the pickiest dog will eat!

Ever find yourself spending 15$ on dog treats that aren't even that healthy for your dog? Well I have the perfect solution for you to save money on dog treats and even maybe earn some!
I have three dogs. Gunner, a 70 pound pit-bull mix, Poppy, a 40 pound cattle mix, and Little Jesse, a 20 pound Shiba Inu. I have found that they are rather picky when it comes to what they are putting in their mouth, so when buying dog treats I always over-spend hoping they will like one of the treats I bought. Unfortunately majority of the time those treats go to waste and I will give them away to family friends. It's hard to sell something when you don't have positive experiences with a product so I just give them away. I'm sure I could make a few extra bucks if I took the time.
Well it's time of the year for pumpkins, and did you know Pumpkin is actually very good for your dog! "This festive gourd is a miracle food for dogs. Good for both diarrhea and constipation, canned pumpkin (not raw, not the sugary, spicy pie filling) is loaded with fiber and beta-carotene, which the body converts to vitamin A. Don’t give Buddy a lot of it—too much A is highly toxic to dogs—but a couple of teaspoons a day for little pups, or a couple of tablespoons for big boys, should keep them right on track."
I decided it was time to try to make some treats on my own! I reached for my monthly pet magazine and there they had it.. The magical recipe. This is a great way to save money on healthy dog treats, and plus you know exactly what's going in the recipe! While making the treats all 3 dogs were uninterested, that is until I popped them in the oven to cook. They couldn't even wait, they were at my feet everywhere I went, drooling and looking up at me with puppy dog eyes. Here is the recipe! I did notice when making these the dough can get very sticky, try adding some peanut butter. You can get your kids involved too! And since it Halloween I suggest getting some festive cookie cutters!
The best part about this is that everything is fairly cheap to make, and when you are done you can sell them to friends and family, or give them as gifts.

Peanut Butter and Pumpkin Dog Treats

Serving Size: 25 Treats

2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup canned pumpkin

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Whisk together the flour, eggs, pumpkin, peanut butter, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl. Add water as needed to help make the dough workable, but the dough should be dry and stiff. Roll the dough into a 1/2-inch-thick roll. Cut into 1/2-inch pieces.(Or use cookie cutters)
3. Bake in preheated oven until hard, about 30 minutes.

Ways I make money offline...

If you are like me and like to shop at thrift stores, or rush to that good "curb alert" on Craigslist and you have an eBay account or local flea market.... you are in luck! You would be amazed at the things you can find, and more that the fact someone would throw it out! Well, like they say, one mans junk is a another mans treasure.
Once a week I like to go to thrift stores and take a look at what they have, sometimes your local thrift store can have a hidden treasure! If you can't seem to find anything, look again! BOOKS- you wouldn't think, but books sell very well on eBay. My trick is to download a scanner app and scan the books and if I can make money, ill buy it! I have bought books for under 5$ and sold it for over 20$, you never know until you try! Amazon is also a really good site for selling books, but they are a little more strict, and take more percentage.
As for free piles and "curb alert" ads on Craigslist, please be considerate of these people and do not take whatever you see only what is listed on the ad. I can't tell you how many times people have lost very valuable items because of shady people. So, MAKE SURE whatever your taking is listed. People usually throw out clothes, electronics, make-up ect.
I like to take all this stuff to my local flea market! Not only can I sell my own items, sometimes I might come across a treasure myself!  My flea market in Santa Cruz is open Fri-Sun from 8am-1pm and costs about 15$ to rent a space. On a bad day I'll make at least 100$ and on good days I can make up to 200$ just for junk people didn't want! I usually only go Saturday and Sundays, so that's 300$ for two days. It's easier if you have someone to help pack and unpack! You can always offer to pay them in cash, or trade! Make sure you don't sell broken or non-working things, and if you do, be honest. Karma is a b*****.
So to sum it all up, when you are about to throw something out or think you are no longer in need of that item... List on eBay or go check out your Local Flea Market!

InboxDollars Update!

Hello everyone! I though I'd share with you my earnings so far with InboxDollars! I joined a couple days ago!
$18.25 and counting...

Welcome!

Good afternoon everyone!
As many of you know, there are a lot of websites out there that "claim" to make you rich, and let's face it. We will never become millionaires on these sites, but we can definitely make a good sum of extra cash! Everyone has there own tips to these sites and I will share mine with you. The very first site I used was Swagbucks(www.swagbucks.com) . After a couple of months though I switched to InboxDollars because with Swagbucks you can only redeem giftcards, as with InboxDollars(www.inboxdollars.com) you get a check! One of my favorite sites is CashCrate(www.cashcrate.com) This site is very similar to InboxDollars but the amount you earn is a little higher and you can deposit your money in your Paypal account. I can make at least 60$ every month using just CashCrate alone.
How you make money is by doing surveys, cash offers, redeeming coupons, referring friends, and using their search engine to search things.
The way I make my money is COUPONS! They have a great feature where you can download coupons and when you redeem them you get 10cents! I know it sounds like a little, but it starts to add up. And plus, you are already getting discounts from the coupon itself! A good tip is to make a separate email you will be using for the surveys and offers so your personal email doesn't get completely spammed. Also you can get a phone-number for the offers as well so you don't have telemarketers calling, you can do this here with K7.net. I like to have at least two or three of these websites I check in on every other day.
I do about 4 or 5 surveys on each website, so the most time I will spend is about 4 or 5 hours. So about 1.5 hours on each site depending what offers they have that day.
Another site I have come across is Qmee(www.qmee.com) this is different from the websites, with Qmee you download a add-on to your browser, and whenever your searching with Google, Yahoo, Bing, eBay, or Amazon, depending on what you search you will occasionally get a green pop up with "sponsored ads" whenever you click on these you will be credited immediately. Ads can range from .5 up to .25 cents. I can make around 5$ a week just normally using the web. Money is transferred within hours to your Paypal account.
If you are looking to try it out, I would check out Cash Crate first, they have been around much longer than InboxDollars and the pay is a little higher than InboxDollars.
